Built from the campus side of the table
Rely Service began with training. Working across colleges in Mumbai, we kept meeting the same problem from two directions: employers describing graduates who weren't ready for the workplace, and students who had done everything their syllabus asked of them.
The gap wasn't ability. It was that industry moves faster than a curriculum can be revised, and that the skills placement actually turns on (communication, aptitude, current technical tools) sat outside what anyone was formally responsible for teaching.
Our campus-to-corporate programme grew from that, and the rest followed from working alongside institutions long enough to see their other problems. Placement cells running on spreadsheets. Accreditation evidence reconstructed from scratch every cycle. Student ventures with genuine promise and nowhere to take them. Today we work across all three: technology, student success, and incubation.
